In the south of Pelion peninsula is a beautiful sandy beach called Mikro with very clear water. The tavern on this beach was already open in the beginning of may and the food was very tasty. There also is a small path to the village Platanias in the direct neigbourhood. The walk takes only 15-20 minutes, but the view from here is great. You can even see the island of Evia (Euboea).
