This beautiful small beach can be found along the road from Lefokastro to Afissos (Pelion). Shortly before sunset the trees along the beach are being illuminated beautifully by the orange light of the setting sun.

Mikro – A Sandy Beacht at Pelion
In the south of Pelion, near the village Platanias, this beautiful sandy beach called Mikro can be found. A nice hiking path along some olive trees connects Mikro with Platanias. A nice tavern with good food can also be found here at Mikro Beach.

Agia Triada is a monastery at Meteora, Greece. This monastery was built on a Meteora-rock with a very interesting shape.
Plane Forest near Mount Olympus
At the foot of Mt. Olympus, the highest Mountain of Greece, you can find this beautiful forest of plane trees, of which the oldest ones are about one thousand years old.

Ano Milia – Nature in the Mountains
A beautiful hiking path is situated near the mountain village Ano Milia. This path is called “Path of Love” (Greek: “Μονοπάτι Αγάπης”). This picture shows a miniature waterfall near this path.
Damouchari – a Natural Harbour
In this bay at Damouchari, which is one of the few natural harbours of Pelion, was the setting for one scene of the musical film Mamma Mia. But because it is a long way to this place by car, the place still has its original charm.
Lefokastro – The Village
From this spot you have a nice view onto the small village called Lefokastro on the Pelion peninsula in Greece.

Stoupa Beach at Night
At this beautiful sandy beach of Stoupa in the Mani, some cliffs and fishing boats can be found, nicely arranged. In the evening, after darkness has fallen, this arrangement combined with the illuminations gives a nice long exposure with a great mood.
Arriving at the Mani
When driving from Kalamata to the Mani, once you’ve passed the highest point you arrive at this point with a terrific view over the Outer Mani. The Mani starts here with Kardamyli and reaches all the way down to the most southern point of this peninsula on the Peloponnese. On this picture you can also see Stoupa in the background.
